  • How much do you charge for the balloon decor?

    Our balloon decor is tailored to each client's specific vision. We make every event uniquely priced. Costs vary depending on the size and complexity of the installation, customization details, and any additional features like props or specialty balloons. We provide personalized recommendations based on your preferences and adjust the proposal to meet your needs.

  • How far in advance should or can I book my event?

    We have a lot of requests and limited availability. We recommend booking at least one to 2 months in advance. For seasons such as graduation season and holidays, we encourage you to book even sooner due to the high demand during those times.  We are happy to accept last-minute orders (2 weeks or less from your event date) on a case-by-case basis, and may be subject to a rush fee.

  • Is there a minimum charge for the balloon decor?

    Yes, for on-site installations, we have a minimum order requirement. Orders within 15 miles of zip code 20872 must be at least $240, excluding tax and installation/delivery fees. For events located more than 15 miles from zip code 20872, the minimum order increases to $500, also excluding tax and installation/delivery charges.

  • Do you offer special discounts?

    We maintain competitive pricing and do not offer discounts. Our approach is to work closely with our clients to offer the best possible options within their budget.

  • Why is it important to share my budget?

    Understanding your budget is crucial because balloon decor costs can vary widely, and many clients are unfamiliar with these expenses. Whether you're seeking a modest but elegant setup or aiming for an extravagant display, sharing your budget allows us to tailor our recommendations to your financial boundaries. If your budget is $500, for example, we ensure our proposals align with this limit, avoiding concepts that significantly exceed your intended spend. Our website provides starting prices (excluding tax and installation/delivery) to help you begin planning.

  • How long will balloon displays last?

    The longevity of balloon displays largely depends on environmental conditions, such as temperature changes, humidity, and wind. Outdoor installations typically last for one day due to these varying conditions. However, in mild weather, they may last longer, but this cannot be guaranteed. Indoor displays, shielded from temperature fluctuations, can last for weeks or even up to a month. While they will remain intact for a longer period, please note that the appearance may not be as pristine as on the first day, and occasional pops may occur.

  • What is your refund policy if my event is cancelled?

    Our booking fee, constituting 50% of your total, is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel our services, this initial payment cannot be returned. However, if you paid your invoice in full and notify us at least one week before your event, we won't refund the booking fee but will allow you to apply it to a rescheduled event date without any additional fees. For cancellations made within 96 hours of the event start time, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your payment, and the balance may be allocated to a future date, provided that the decor and color scheme remain unchanged from the original agreement.
